The website explains the Gathering experience without publishing private member details. Dates, approved public descriptions, RSVP status, locations, access links, check-in, attendance, and reflections stay inside the authenticated Concrete Nation app.
Member participation
Active members use the app to view approved opportunities, reserve or cancel a place, receive authorized details, check in, document attendance, and add reflections to their Concrete Passport.
Privacy by design
Private locations, virtual links, check-in codes, attendee records, reports, and reflections are never published on this website. Access is handled through authenticated, permission-aware app workflows.
Hosting and safety
Approved hosts work within defined permissions. Capacity, waitlist readiness, attendance, no-show records, reporting, moderation, and follow-up infrastructure support responsible participation.
